When voice interaction works… it is the best way to enter destination.

Destination entry should be allowed only when the car is stationary, unless you can use voice commands.#driverdistraction

Audi A8, Part 1

They are premium, but are they safe and easy to use? #driverdistraction #usertesting

My #userexperience of the #Audi A8 #infotainment, Part 1

I believe that destination entry should be allowed only when the car is stationary (as per Android Auto) , unless you can use voice commands.

Using A8’s lower screen as touchpad felt unnatural, despite its great performance. I guess in a left-hand-drive car would feel more natural and the performance would be better.

Hey Lexus ...

have you done your driver distraction, user testing, duty of care ?

My user experience of the Lexus infotainment , Part 1

I believe that destination entry should be allowed only when the car is stationary (as per Android Auto).

Part 2 of the study will include data on voice interaction, but voice could not be an excuse for poor execution of other interaction methods.
