I understand Tesla's approach to reduce physical buttons, and in most cases I think the equivalent digital interface works well.
However, I don't like the mirror adjustment via the touchscreen as I don't feel it is immediately accessible or intuitive. For example, you might want to slighly adjust your mirror when merging to a motorway and on Tesla Model 3 this is not a quick job.
Perhaps, if I get used to it my perception and performance will change. Maybe, it was the dynamic nature of the task that increased my time to adjust and led me to use the wrong control (I was trying the right switch instead of left switch), but that is exactly the scenario that you need to adjust your mirrors immediately.
What do you think? Is there a good balance between physical and digital controls?
